The third annual Foodie Con, one of DTLA’s favorite food conventions is setting the table and preparing to serve thousands of hungry foodies this April 6-7th.
The Downtown festival, held each year at the Magic Box at the Reef, features Culinary Exhibitors, Food Demonstrations, BookSignings, Craft Breweries, Wineries, Distilleries, and Food Trucks. Two-days of shopping and education gathering of LA’s most faithful culinary enthusiasts Foodie Con offers attendees the chance to interact with tastemakers, discover and purchase the newest food trends, and experience cuisines from hand-selected vendors featuring food, beer, wine, and cocktails. Attendees will get the rare chance to meet, buy and learn from various food purveyors, explore various food-related products, services, and retail booths, sit-in on food and product demonstrations, and more.

Foodie Con is proud to partner with the St. Joseph Center. Since 1976, St. Joseph Center has been providing working poor families, as well as homeless men, women, and children of all ages, with inner resources and tools to become productive, stable and self-supporting members of the community.
Foodie Con also supports St. Joseph’s Culinary Training Program (CTP) – a 12-week-long intensive training for low-income, recently incarcerated, or previously homeless adults throughout Los Angeles County. About 84% of graduates are hired in the Culinary Industry within 90 days of graduation, and continue growing as self-sufficient members of our community.
