DTLA: Get Ready for Joey!

Here comes another one for the BLOCā€¦ JOEY Restaurants announced JOEY DTLA will be opening July 31st.

This 8,870 square foot window laced food master will hold a guest capacity of 307, with a menu that’s being described as “playful” to match JOEY’s interactive atmosphere that promises something for everyone.

Joey’s menu is created by a team of visionary chefs blending items inspired by Los Angeles culture with fresh global cuisine trends.

This will be the brand’s twenty seventh restaurant and the second California.

You can bet, JOEY DTLA will surprise and delight Angelenos seeking an elevated, yet comfortable dining opportunity while showcasing their expertise in restaurant design and world-class hospitality.

Chris Mills, Executive Chef of JOEY Restaurants, has assembled an award-winning culinary team that has been working around the clock to bring DTLA a masterful, innovative menu of globally inspired dishes.

Alongside Executive Director of Culinary and Top Chef Canada winner, Matthew Stowe, the entire staff is preparing to give guests an unforgettable dining experience. 

Long time favorites will include JOEY DTLA’s exclusive menu items such as the Korean Fried Cauliflower Bowl, Lobster Grilled Cheese, Steak & Lobster Ravioli, and Mezcal Drink.

But it doesn’t stop there…

Enjoy Sake Glazed Chilean Seabass, and the 20 oz. Bone-In Ribeye along side returning favorites; Miso Ramen, Sushi Cone, and Katsu Chicken Salad.

Architectural exterior elements from Olson Kundig, JOEY DTLA encompasses a showcase kitchen that picture frames the action and provides guests with a gastronomic spectacle. A stunning stone bartop is featured along with retractable TVs in the main lounge area.  A custom wine wall can be appreciated in the lounge and Italian furniture puts the finishing touches on the restaurantā€™s presentation.
